musings from the pink chair

wanted

Posted on: 3 February 2010

yesterday, ella-cat slowly and carefully opened her mouth wide and gently placed it around my left hand. then she rubbed the corners of her mouth against my fingers.

the internet tells me this is her way of “claiming” me as her own, as cats have scent glands at the corners of their mouths. i feel so loved.

also, ella’s official county license arrived in the mail. she’s a legal (and vaccinated) resident of atlanta now!
